Insurance works best when it's understood. So we make sure you understand it.
Robinson Legacy Partners is an Allstate agency in south Arlington, at 700 Highlander Blvd just off I-20. It's owned by Clarence Robinson II, an entrepreneur and business owner first. He has spent more than 20 years in business, building and running companies and coaching other business owners as a certified business coach. In 2024 he was licensed with Allstate and brought that operator's discipline to insurance: the right people in the right seats, clear processes, and client education at the center of everything. Today he leads a team of six who serve clients in seven languages, backed by more than 30 years of community involvement.
The agency runs on one idea, in Clarence's own words: "Insurance works best when it's understood." That's why the agency puts client education and long-term relationships ahead of price-focused selling. A policy you don't understand is a policy you can't count on. So the job here isn't only writing coverage. It's making sure you know what your auto policy does when hail hits your car in a parking lot, what your home policy says about a roof claim and a percentage wind and hail deductible, and what your deductibles will really cost you, long before you ever file a claim.
That's why the team matters so much. Insurance is confusing enough in your first language. In a city as diverse as Arlington, hearing it explained in the language you speak at home can change the whole conversation. Here you can talk it through in English, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, or Coptic, with more languages coming as our team grows. See who speaks what.
Clarence's ties to this community run deep. He is a Major Investor member of the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce and its Corporate Leadership Council, and on June 3, 2026 the Chamber held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the agency's official opening. In the agency's own words, its mission goes "beyond insurance," to be "a trusted resource for families and businesses across Arlington and the entire state of Texas." For clients, that means an agent who is invested in the same city you live in, and a team that treats your call like it's coming from a neighbor.
And because home purchases and leases run on deadlines, part of every week belongs to the lenders, realtors, and property managers who refer their clients to us: quick answers, evidence of insurance when the underwriter asks, and coverage explained clearly enough that nobody gets surprised later.
